We run a treatment plant from feasibility through performance testing as the single responsible contractor.
Project-based quote
Working with several firms spreads responsibility. In a turnkey model, process design, mechanical, electrical, automation and civil works are delivered under one contract, and the performance guarantee rests with one company.
Project stages
- Feasibility and process selection: water and wastewater characterisation, alternative scenarios, investment and operating cost.
- Detailed engineering: P&ID, hydraulic calculations, equipment selection and 3D layout.
- Manufacture and procurement: steel structures, panels and packaged units in our own plant.
- Installation and commissioning: mechanical erection, electrical, automation and pre-testing.
- Performance test and training: verification of guaranteed values and operator training.
Typical schedules: 10 to 14 weeks for a 100 m³/day packaged wastewater plant; five to six months for a 1,000 m³/day RO system. A single project manager and weekly reports are provided throughout.
Scope of service
- One contract, one responsible party
- P&ID and 3D engineering
- In-house manufacturing

Frequently asked questions
How much reject water does a reverse osmosis unit produce?
Standard units produce about 3 litres of reject water per litre of pure water. In our pumped and tankless models this falls to 1:1. Reject water can be used for cleaning and irrigation.
How long does installation take?
Under-sink units are installed in 1.5 to 2 hours. A whole-house inlet filter and softener take three to five hours. Industrial systems are commissioned in 2 to 12 weeks depending on capacity.
When should I change filters?
Sediment filters are replaced at six months, carbon filters at 6-12 months and the RO membrane at 24-36 months. The device display and SMS reminder tell you when maintenance is due.
How long is the warranty on home units?
Home units have a three-year warranty and industrial systems two years. Consumables such as filters and membranes are outside warranty; we also commit to ten years of spare-part supply.
Which system suits well water?
A first analysis for iron, manganese, hardness and microbiology is needed. Typically a sand/carbon inlet filter, softener and UV sterilisation are used together; reverse osmosis is added for drinking water.
