Fixed monthly fee
A treatment plant's performance depends far more on operation after installation than on installation itself. When membrane fouling, antiscalant shortage or pressure loss go unnoticed, energy use rises and membrane life shortens.
Contract types
- Periodic maintenance: visits every 3-6-12 months, consumables replacement and a performance report.
- Full maintenance: a fixed monthly fee including planned maintenance, fault response and spare parts.
- Operator service: a full-time operator and laboratory follow-up at your plant.
Remote monitoring
Pressure, flow, conductivity, pH and energy sensors are connected to a cloud dashboard over 4G/Ethernet. When normalised permeate flow drops 10%, an email and SMS alert go out before a fault occurs. Chemical cleaning timing is set by data. Dashboards can be viewed in the mobile app.
