Beylikdüzü Mavi Koy Estate Greywater Reuse
Istanbul / Beylikdüzü
300 m³/day greywater reuse at a 1,200-home estate for landscaping and cisterns.
At the Mavi Koy estate, shower, basin and laundry water is collected on separate lines and treated by biological treatment and UV. Treated water is used for landscape irrigation, car park washing and common-area cisterns.
The estate cut its annual water bill by about 17%; the separate-line design has become standard in new building projects.
