Biga Combined Cycle Plant Boiler Feed Water

A 3,600 m³/day RO plus EDI line producing 0.1 µS/cm boiler feed water.
The system that continuously supplies demineralised water to Kuzey Marmara Enerji's 800 MW plant consists of UF, two-pass RO and electrodeionisation (EDI). Because no chemical regeneration is needed, acid-base storage and neutralisation were eliminated.
The plant has run with uninterrupted water quality since 2022.
